Environmental Restorations, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1991. The ownership has a combined total of over 50 years of experience in the environmental abatement industry. Originally, exclusively a lead paint and asbestos abatement contractor, E.R.I. has evolved into a full-fledged general contractor specializing in environmental abatement projects. We are certified in general building construction, de-leading, asbestos removal, door and window replacement, floor covering and painting, so we can now provide our clients with a turnkey operation limiting the use of other subcontractors. While it’s not uncommon for companies to hold licenses within a certain trade, our team members individually belong to professional organizations and maintain certifications to specific trades as well. Our Team also receives yearly training to keep up with advancements and improve their knowledge and skill with our ever-evolving world.

Charles Minasalli
(President)
Founded the company in 1991 bringing his knowledge of general contracting, lead abatement, sandblasting and many other useful attributes within the environmental and GC fields. Chuck wears many hats within the company, from on site estimating and walkthroughs to assisting with any in-house questions or needs. He has been working directly with clients as well as supporting the ERI team in cultivating client relationships. He personally assists the team in working through client’s needs and concerns, scheduling, designing, and planning, to ensure the project exceeds their expectations.
Keri Mosman
(Vice President)
Keri comes with over a decade of client relations knowledge and experience, allowing her to create a positive working relationship with clients throughout the design and construction process. From facilitating communication and productivity within the office to assisting clients with questions and concerns right in the field. Keri not only holds her own CSL and Asbestos Supervisor licenses in the State of MA but she has knowledge in additional areas of the construction and environmental industry.
Christopher Medeiros
(Vice President of Operations)
Chris is our Leader of On-Site Operations he has been surrounded by construction for the majority of his life. His knowledge in the field is backed by many years of hands-on experience. Chris has obtained many different licenses and certifications over the years in Multiple states including asbestos Lead and mold. Chris is always striving to make sure our clients' needs are met and they are fully satisfied with the work performed.
